We are planning a little reunion for the Alibi Fall Crawl this year. It will be on August 26th. Not sure where we are playing just yet. It will be a blast to play some of the old songs. We have a myspace now, come be our friend!

Our friend Michael at Stepbridge studios did a demo mix of one of the songs we started to record a year ago that sounds pretty good. Some cool vocal effects going on. See the audio page to listen. Other news in pilot land: Miguel is going to go to grad school in Chapel Hill, Travis is going to be a dad and I am playing with the Oktober People.

Pilot to Bombardier are calling it quits. We will be playing our final show this Friday at the Launchpad in support of Simulacrum's CD release. Also playing are Oktober People, and in their second to last appearance as well, Oh Ranger!

It is time for the Pilot boys to take other paths: Travis is moving to Dallas to pursue his medical degrees, Miguel is planning to travel to Bolivia to witness firsthand the production of coca plants, and Sean has finally found his niche at the local petting zoo. Rhian will continue to rumble foundations in his band, Oktober People. Thanks so much all the friends and bands that supported us over the past three and a half years. A huge, huge thanks to the bass players that have helped us out over the years. That means you, Liam, Forest and Rhian. We plan to finish the recordings that we have been working on and perhaps throw together a little cd release show at some point. Much love from us all.

Pilot recently took a trip to Stepbridge studios to record some music. We will working on the songs over the next month or so in our own studio and hope to have a release out sometime in the not to distant future. Anyone that has seen us lately knows that Rhian is the new, temporary, Pilot bass player. He is a amazing musician and we hope to hold onto him for as long as possible. We have a show coming up on the 19th of April at the Launchpad with Oktober People, Karen and Ghost Town. Come out and support the rock. We are trying to finance a wrap up of our recording. Peace

The Alibi Fall Crawl was a blast as usual. Thanks a bunch to all the folks that watched us play a sloppy but very fun set. And thanks to the Alibi, the Launchpad and Mr. Joe A. This town needs a lot of support for the music scene and the aforementioned are doing a great job of just that. Next show is somewhere at UNM on September 25. Till then we have songs to write and record. Rock!

Well, in the past two months we have played seven times which is a lot. But it has been good to break in the new bass player, Mr. Forest. We are writing new material and recording some demo stuff in preparation for a full fledge recording in the near future. Next show isnt until the Alibi Fall Crawl on the 24th of August. Thats all from the Pilot front.

the Appleseed Cast and Mates of State were amazing! What a fun show. The pilot boys were a bit off and our set got cut short, but it was still a good show. Next show is next Thursday (the 13th) with Five Dollar Foundation, Saving Face and Inspired by Less.
